- Now add thinly sliced onions. Saute nicely till the color changes.
- Add turmeric and chili powder and stir until you get the aroma of the spices.
- Now upload the filled brinjals and simmer them for two minutes. Close the lid.
- Now open the lid and stir the combination once more near the lid, allowing it to simmer every 2 minutes.
Second Phase
