- Now take the preceding paste, which you used to stuff the brinjals, and add the combination to the pan. Saute it for five minutes.
- Now add the tamarind extract to the pan and blend it all. Adjust the consistency and allow it to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Now, after 20 minutes, open the lid and test whether or not the brinjals are well cooked or not.
